Instructions

  • Take a large bowl and put in the bitter cocoa and condensed milk. Mix well until you get a homogeneous, tight, smooth and easy to work paste.

  • With our hands, form 15 balls of 15 grams each, using a small amount of dough and massaging well.

  • In another bowl, put the bitter cocoa powder so that each ball we form is also dipped in the bitter cocoa until it is completely covered.
